Hotel Universitas is the venue of the conference and the hotel of the University. They offer two types of rooms:

• double room with two single beds, where a bed/night is 95 lei (20 euros) and the price of the room is 190 lei/night (40 euros)
• double room with a king size bed, at the price of 130 lei/night (27.5 euros)

Breakfast can be provided for 15 lei/day (3.5 euros).
